Holotype [GH]. Isotype(s) [A].

Note: Collection 2610, pro parte. Other collections distributed under Heller 2610 were made on the ridge west of Hanapepe River, 22 August (US!), and are not types as they were not cited in the protologue. Holotype not examined, but there is photo of it in Rock's publication. BISH fragment has no locality data or date.
