Note: No type designated by Léveillé; syntypes cited - Faurie 11, 217, 217bis (O`ahu, Kaliki, X 1909). BISH has the only known sheet of any of the syntypes, Faurie 217. A lectotypification should be published to overturn Stone's neotypification.
