Note: Additional syntypes: Remy 344 (P) (from Lana`i, according to St. John, altough Lana`i was not one of the islands cited by Mann); O`ahu, head of Pauoa [mountains above Honolulu], Mann & Brigham 565 (BISH!). Mann & Brigham apparently used 565 for two different collections, one from O`ahu and one from Kaua`i; St. John lectotypified on the Kaua`i collection.
