Note: This name was published as C. kalichii; as far as we know this is merely how Wawra identified the aspirated Hawaiian "h" with the German "ch." Kalihi has always been spelled with "h;" however, to comply with the ICBN this is not a correctable situation. Leaf in packet of BISH sheet is from Vaccinium.
