Holotype [BISH]. Isotype(s) [A, GH, HAW, MO!, NY, P, US].

Note: Publication cites locality as second gulch (from the Hanakapiai side) of Ho`olulu Valley along the Haena-Kalalau Trail. Kalalau was misspelled on specimen labels as "Kalaku."
