Note: Sherff designated two "type sheets", one each from NY and US, as well as several isotypes; we take the "Type, 1st sheet" to be the holotype. The two sheets at NY would be better considered the holotype mounted on two sheets (one is fertile material only, the other is vegetative material only, and labels of both say "(on 2 sheets)" after the collection number.
