Note: Holotype: presumably destroyed; fragment BISH! Sherff based this on Hillebrand's invalid variety "delta" and so considered as the holotype the destroyed specimen at B. He also cited the fragment at BISG, but since this is the only material he seems to have seen himself, it must be taken as the correct holotype.
