Lysimachia lata H. St. John , Phytologia 64: 46. 1987.
Type information:
Holotype [BISH]. C.N. Forbes 325B.M. February 1913. Maui: ridge left of Lahainaluna Valley.

Note: The "B" in the holotype collection number was added by St. John, with no explanation (but see record for L. elliptica; Forbes's field book lists 325.M as a lichen, so that is apparently why St. John appended the "B" to the collection number). Marr & Bohm cited an isotype at BISH, but it was not found 8/97 (RKS).
