Note: Collection 2495, pro parte. Heller distributed three collections from Kaua`i under Heller 2495. The additional syntypes are: ridge W of Hanapepe River, 3000 ft., 11 July (BISH! [2]); 22 August (US!). Heller did not cite a date. Although the MIN sheet has the more general locality of "Hanapepe and Wahiawa watershed," it is assumed to be part of the same gathering as the NY sheet.
