Note: Collection 2429, pro parte. Other collections distributed under Heller 2429 were made 24-26 June (A, GH, BISH! [3], MIN!, NY [mfc!]), and are not primary type material. Sherff clearly distinguished between specimens of Heller 2429 collected 24-26 June and those collected 2-8 July. He cited only the US sheet as an isotype. Possible isotypes: CU, MSC. The paratypes cited by Sherff (F [2], GH, K, NY) probably all represent the same collection, although the locality on the K sheet is given as "Hanapepe and Wahiawa watershed," and the date is 24 June.
