[BISH]. H. Mann and W.T. Brigham 450. Maui: West Maui, mountains, near Waikapu.
Note: Hillebrand cited "Maui! collected above Maalaea or on Haleakala" (no material found at BISH). He also cited Mann and Brigham 450, but it's not clear whether that collection should be considered a syntype. Apparently there is a sheet of Mann & Brigham 450 at GH also.
